1. How are services delivered? We provide convenient, virtual visits directly to you in the comfort of your home, or for speech-pathology clients in certain central Oklahoma zipcodes, we provide in home services as well.
2. Why are you only taking clients in Oklahoma? We are currently only licensed in Oklahoma to provide speech-language pathology services. The good news is that there is talk of a multi-state compact agreement which may be extending my reach of services in the next year or two.
3. What sort of certifications or licenses do you hold? In addition to being state licensed in Oklahoma to provide speech-language pathology services, we are hold our national Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech Language Hearing Association, are licensed SPEAKOUT! providers (a program of the Parkinson Voice Project), certified Accent Specialists through The Talk Channel, and are currently pursuing additional certifications to address Parkinsonian speech. Additionally, we are certified trauma-informed care coaches, ensuring that no matter your background, we will try to meet you where your are with empathy and compassion.
4. Do you take insurance? We are currently in the process of getting medicare certified, which means that we can currently only take private pay clients for accent/pronunciation only. We’ll post as soon as we are able to take medicare which will greatly improve our ability to take clients over the age of 65.
